Black Cumin (کلونجی)

Kalonji, also known as nigella seeds or black cumin, is a tiny black seed with a slightly bitter, onion-like flavor and a hint of peppery spice. It is commonly used in South Asian and Middle Eastern cooking to add a unique aroma and taste to breads, pickles, and vegetable dishes. Kalonji seeds are often sprinkled on naan, parathas, or added to spice blends and tempering (tadka).
